 Membership in the Association is voluntary.  All present and future property owners in Indian Shores Subdivision are eligible for membership in ISPOA, with each property owner having one vote, regardless of the number of lots owned. 

Membership is received by completing the attached form and forwarding it with a check for $150 in payment of dues for 2023.  This entitles you to full usage of the park and the right to vote on the election of directors, the amount of dues, the budget, and gives you a voice in Park development.  It helps ensure the Park will continue to enhance the property values of all in the subdivision and to keep the subdivision a pleasant place to live. 

Dues are set at our annual meeting in October of each year and will be collected from then until January 1, when they are finally due.  New members may join anytime throughout the year.  Dues will not be prorated or refunded.  Many members have made donations over and above their dues.  ISPOA has paid all taxes, insurance, maintenance and operating expenses, and other costs of doing business since its inception.   We couldn’t accomplish our goals without the help and funds from our members.

Everyone using the Park must obey Park rules.  Access will not be denied to any member unless you damage the Park or its improvements, or unless you violate Park rules repeatedly or to the detriment of others.  

There is a locked gate on the boat launching ramp.  You may sign for and receive a key to the gate by contacting our President Jason Birchfield (334-657-7679) or our Treasurer LaNell Black (334-332-5164).  Please help us by keeping the gate closed.

We would appreciate your help in ensuring the Park remains a nice, safe, secure place for all.  It is a privilege to live in Indian Shores Subdivision.   Questions about membership should be directed to our membership chair LaNell Black at (334) 332-5164.

We ask all property owners to complete the attached Membership Application even if you choose not to join ISPOA so that we may contact you later as needed.
