McMillan Park is owned and operated by the members of ISPOA, Inc. for the benefit and enjoyment of the present and future property owners of the Indian Shores neighborhood on Lake Martin, Alabama. It is located on the peninsula at the end of Chickasaw Trail. Only dues paying members may use the park facilities. Dues are currently a modest $175 per year. Everyone using the park must obey park rules which are posted in the kiosk at the park. The pavilion and other park facilities may be used on a first come/first served basis. In the spirit of cooperation and common courtesy, we ask that members share facilities with other members and/or vacate them when done so others may take advantage of them. However, the pavilion may be reserved.
Please note - if you reserve the pavilion or other park facilities - you are limited to 25 people. Why? Because we've had parties in the past with way more people than 25. The roads were blocked. The boat ramp was blocked. Other members were prevented from using the facilities and it presented hazards in the event that Emergency Responders had to be called.
We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you. We are always looking for volunteers to help us maintain and improve McMillan Park. Would you like to help? Please contact Park Chairman Earnest Sealy at info@indianshoreslakemartin.com - Thanks!
