The  Indian Shores Subdivision Restrictions were recorded in Tallapoosa County, Alabama on  June 25, 1966, in Volume 179 at pages 409-412.  A copy as recorded is attached but is somewhat difficult to read.  Therefore we have attached an easier to read conformed copy for your convenience.  Also below you will find the Amended Restrictive Covenants for Indian Shores Subdivision which were recorded February 6, 1971, in Volume 200, pages 312-313 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama.
